Our ceramic mugs are 11oz (330ml) are printed using sublimation. This means the quality inks we use are both dishwasher and microwave safe as they're printed using a heat press to ensure the best, long lasting quality.

When my mug arrived it had gotten broken by royal mail I emailed and was sent a reply very quickly I sent pictures and was emailed when a new mug was sent out ,it arrived with a note inside saying sorry my other mug broke, I'd also bought treats for my Arlo ,he loves them I've just recieved my 2nd delivery of treats I take my mug to work ,I love it ,thankyou so much for sorting me a replacement out so quickly, will definitely recommend and keep using
